Our Story · Established 1991
Homes That
Enrich Lives.
Designs That Endure.
Great architecture does more than create beautiful spaces. It enhances the way we live.
Founded in 1991, Westmont Signature Developments is an award-winning residential architecture and design firm. We believe well-designed houses enhance the quality of life of the people who live in them while increasing the value of their investment.
Our Design Approach
Every Home
Begins With
Understanding.
There are infinite ways to arrange rooms to create a house. It is the site, the client's wishes, and the budget that give direction to the appropriate design.
Our approach is intentionally organic. Through a carefully curated process, we spend a great deal of time getting to know each client, their site, their wish list, and their budget intimately before ever putting a line on paper.
This allows us to create a truly custom home that meets the client's specific needs and blends harmoniously with its site and surrounding environment.
A Connection to Place
A Sense of Order.
A Sense of Belonging.
A well-designed house has a sense of order, carried throughout the building down to the smallest detail. Equally important is the home's relationship with outdoor spaces and available natural light, creating a connection to the site and the amenities it has to offer.
Our Philosophy
Designed to
Stand the
Test of Time.
Craftsmanship, scale, and good taste are the qualities of houses that delight and endure.
These are homes that look better with age and grow more loved as the years go by. They add value to their owners and their communities. At Westmont, we design houses that stand the test of time.
